
Taekwondo Jr (ages 3-5)
This fun junior taekwondo program is for pre schoolers ages 3-5 years of age. Taekwondo Jr develops a child's understanding of what martial arts training is all about. This program helps your child to develop increased focus, coordination, strength, flexibility and balance through the practice of taekwondo techniques.
 Teens & Adults
Our Teen & Adult program is for men and women of all ages who would like to improve their self - defense skills, confidence and fitness level. The focus of the program is to provide a well - structured, friendly enviroment that people of all ages can enjoy. Our curriculum is well balanced and provides our students both the benefits of self - defense and physical fitness.

Combat Hapkido
Our combat hapkido program is an extremely realisitic
and versatile discipline of self protection that includes an extensive variety of joint locks, kicks, take downs, strikes, pressure points, ground survival, disarming techniques, and the use of selected weapons. The result is a comprehensive self defense system enjoyable to learn, safe to practice, and most of all very effective. |

Children (ages 5 and up)
Our children's taekwondo program is designed to enhance your child's self-esteem, self-confidence, health, patience, athletic ability, academic performance and conduct at home. Respect and self - discipline are the foundations of our program. These qualities are emphasized while learning self - defense techniques in a challenging yet fun atmosphere.
Hatha Yoga*

This class is suitable for those with little or no experience in the practice of yoga. Proper alignment, movement and breath are emphasized. Relaxation and meditation are part of this class as well.
